chat gpt responce Diaas protient quallity score ligit ChatGPT The Digestible Indispensable Amino Acid Score (DIAAS) is a legitimate and scientifically accepted method for assessing protein quality in foods. It was developed by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) to address some of the limitations of the previous method, the Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS). Here are some key points about DIAAS: Measurement of Digestibility: Unlike PDCAAS, which measures protein digestibility at the end of the digestive process (fecal digestibility), DIAAS measures digestibility at the end of the small intestine (ileal digestibility). This is considered more accurate because it directly assesses the absorption of amino acids, which primarily occurs in the small intestine. Amino Acid Scoring: DIAAS evaluates protein quality based on the digestibility of individual indispensable (essential) amino acids rather than total nitrogen. This allows for a more precise assessment of how well a protein source can meet human amino acid requirements. Age-Specific Scores: DIAAS provides age-specific scores, recognizing that amino acid requirements vary throughout life. This makes it a more nuanced and accurate measure compared to PDCAAS, which uses a single amino acid scoring pattern for all age groups. Impact on Food Industry and Nutrition: The adoption of DIAAS can impact dietary recommendations, food labeling, and the development of nutritional products. It helps identify high-quality protein sources that can effectively support human health and development. Overall, the DIAAS is a robust and scientifically validated method for determining protein quality, offering several improvements over the older PDCAAS method.

chat gpt's opinion shut up jsut because it's an ai deosn't make it invalid i trust it more then you anyways this is the conversation Protein is Not Protein? What I've Learned Debunked what do you think about this video and is it acurate ChatGPT Searched 3 sites The video "Protein is Not Protein? What I've Learned Debunked" by Joseph Everett from the "What I've Learned" RUclips channel has generated significant discussion and criticism, particularly from the vegan community. The primary contention revolves around the comparison of plant-based and animal-based proteins. Joseph argues that animal proteins are superior due to their more favorable amino acid profiles and higher digestibility scores, such as those measured by the DIAAS method. Critics, however, highlight several points where they believe the video misrepresents or selectively uses data: Amino Acid Profiles: Critics argue that while animal proteins often have a more balanced amino acid profile, plant-based diets can still meet protein requirements if well-planned. They point out that the video sometimes cherry-picks data and does not fully represent the potential of plant-based proteins to provide all essential amino acids through proper food combinations (Harry Chrisp) (Dailymotion). Digestibility and Absorption: While it's true that animal proteins generally score higher on digestibility indices, this does not mean plant proteins are inadequate. The video’s detractors emphasize that a varied plant-based diet can still provide sufficient protein for most people's needs (Harry Chrisp). Health Considerations: Some responses to the video also bring up health issues related to high consumption of animal proteins, such as higher cholesterol and lack of dietary fiber. They argue that these factors should be considered when discussing the overall quality of protein sources (Harry Chrisp). Misleading Claims: There are claims in the video that a large portion of the population is protein deficient, which critics say is not supported by robust evidence. The criticisms suggest that the video might exaggerate certain issues to make its point more compelling (Dailymotion). Overall, while the video raises valid points about the differences between plant and animal proteins, it's important to consider the broader context and ensure a balanced perspective. Both animal and plant proteins can be part of a healthy diet, and the suitability of either depends on individual dietary choices, nutritional needs, and overall lifestyle.

I think I'll start eating nothing but bacon and greasy hamburgers, because I read on social media that a carnie diet will protect me from all western lifestyle diseases! Seriously, the hypothesis around seeds, nuts, popcorn etc. being dangerous for those with diverticulosis is and always was nonsense. But doctors peddled this idea for years, knowing it was false. A friend strained his blackberry jam through a tea strainer every morning when making toast, because his doctor had made him terrified of every little seed. The fact that Asians tend to develop diverticulosis in their ascending colon is a bit of a mystery. I've never read a convincing explanation.

I have noticed mental and even spiritual effects of working in my garden. When I water, or deal with my compost or prune, my mind relaxes and I become kind of in a trance sometimes. It definitely makes me more relaxed and happy afterwards. I actually LOVE going thru my compost (to save the worms) and that leaves me in a very relaxed state! I've even gotten hits of intuition when I am doing garden work. I think I feel health benefits as well. I feel more alive afterwards. It's an interesting phenomenon.

😅 The solution is obvious. In times like these we need to plant more shade trees in parking lots, increase drainage land in our concrete jungle, convert our wasteful lawns and backyards to permaculture food forest gardens landscapes with perennial drought and heat tolerant plants to provide shade and food year long for our family, friends and neighbors. It’s healthy and better for us mentality/physically and the environment. You will get your vitamins C from the medicine foods you grown and vitamin D from the sun. :)

For the vegans out there that chose veganism for your love of animals, let me educate you. As someone who has spent the last 20 years in the commercial pest control industry, close to 5000 land dwelling mammals, birds, and reptiles per acre are slaughtered and dismembered by heavy machinery to make way for soy and other plants we dont need to grow. 1 acre of soy only feeds one person per year and kills 5,000 animals. One cow can feed two people per year and uses the same land without killing any animals unnecessarily. Vegans are responsible for the eradication of field animals. In a lifetime, a normal human is responsible for the death of 100 cows. A vegan is responsible for over 5 million deaths. How do you fuckers sleep at night?

This is why I am in the middle of a career change to horticulture. Volunteering at community gardens made me realize all the benefits, especially in community and exercise, and I saw it in others I met as well. Currently, I intern at a botanical garden and I think one positive to add is that when you have a garden, it can become something to talk about with anyone, regardless of different backgrounds and usually different politics, interests, etc. Gardening feels like an innate common interest in all of us, even if it just means some of us eat veggies from a garden or visit a public one for fun.

It was the best part of having an outdoor corridor in that apartment. The plants also loved it there for some reason, especially the succulents and flowers. I've not had as much success with succulents or flowers since.

My grandpa had a huge garden and a Christmas tree plantation and was always outside doing something with them. He was active and relatively healthy and just seemed so content sharing his passions with me. I now live in the middle of suburbia, but my husband made me a 10x10' garden space in our backyard and I absolutely feel the benefits of gardening. It gets me outside and my severe anxiety disappears when I'm out there. Plus the benefits of having homemade salsa and marinara year round! Inside, I collect orchids and love seeing all my little plant babies constantly blooming.

Mock meats are just "less bad" than real meat IMO. I haven't eaten meat for many years now and this crap drove up my cholesterol and blood sugar just like when I was a meat eater before. Please just eat real food! If you're not a meat eater so stop pretending by eating over processed GMO soy and fungus. Some mock meats even have hidden eggs and dairy because it is made in the same facility! Eat what nature provides, veggies, legumes, grains, fruits, nuts, and seeds in it's unprocessed forms! I am actually disgusted that plant based meats are so close to the real thing now a days including the unhealthy nutritional profile.

I just came from watching the 30 min Shelbizlee video that was anti grass lawn/pro milkweed and natural native grasses. Powerful. Learned a lot! ✅. I’ll be checking on my garden plot today. I live in a condo so my plot is a community one that’s 3 blocks from my place. There’s about 30 raised beds. The first summer it started was in 2022 with 10 beds. Community demand for it was so high they keep adding more beds every spring and there’s also a wait list. It it I’ve got: three different types of kale, Swiss chard, lettuce, various herbs, two regular tomato plants, one fancy heirloom variety, some free TINY milkweed plants that were given to me by my local Home Depot, and one sunflower which has had some pretty substantial growth thus far (I’ve never grown one before so it’s fun to see it shoot up). Since this is such a large amount of greens they either go to salads or they get sautéed with garlic and some lemon juice, it’s great. I’ve got two friends that live in Chicago with gardens. They both have tight spaces but they both make it work, all in pots. They do a combo of veg and flowers.🌸 ☺️
